The lights go on in Linda's studio very early in the morning. If you ask, she will tell you it is the best time of the day, especially when she can spend it painting.

While oil portraits of "man's best friend" are her specialty she also enjoys the challenge of capturing the Rio Grande Valley birds and rural landscapes on canvas. Her work has been exhibited at The Beachcomber Art Show, Brush Country Arts and Crafts Show and at the Brownsville Museum of Fine Arts. She has also participated in the annual Rio Fest Juried Art Competition. Her work hangs in private collections as far away as California and Washington, D.C. Linda and her husband, Barry, live with their chocolate Lab, Boo, on their farm outside of LaFeria, Texas.
